New to the area

Hey all, just moved to the area not too long ago, and wanted to introduce myself.

Location :  Alexandria, VA
Bike : '09 Monster 696 ( I know, I know, I've read all the hate on the forum already!)
How long been riding : Only been riding street 2 years, before that 8 years of motocross

So is this Rhodeside thing still happening, and if so is it going down tomorrow?  Supposed to be 60 but maybe rain.  Oh, and are the "new" monsters allowed to attend, or does the hate extend past the boards?!

no hate here from me...2 wheels is 2 wheels...as long as ya ride it more than just to Starbucks to pose!

gives you a leg up on a lot of people with that kind of experience behind you...surprised you didn't end up with a Motard though...

Rhodeside goes no matter what...people in the winter/docile/non-riding season seem to not be as plentiful there as we just have beers and nacho's and watch and perform bad kareoke downstairs....when the season starts to peer open though...all kinds of italian and some non-italian machinery seems to peacably co-exist there whilst we all BS and carouse about bikes and stuff...

Before Alexandria, I was in Norfolk for about 5 years.  My bike is red, and that Starbucks comment had me rollin, because my girl works at the Starbucks in the Alexandria Commons shopping center, so if you've seen it sitting there, it wasn't to pose!  Oh yeah, I'm working on pics

hey if you cant' pose well next to your bike at starbucks.. well that shows you have no "real" motorcycle skills, afterall "posing" next to the bike should be easy at the very least.
