Me too.

Kidney for sale/trade anyone?

On a serious note, I'm actively searching for a set of 5- or 10-spoke Marchesinis for my Sport 1000. And a damper to go with them.

But I'm still in lust with BSTs.

Tell me about it.  I think I may just have to pull that trigger.  Plus, the wife told me this morning that she would buy me the 4p4p calipers to go with them.  Cheesy

One word: keeper.

 waytogo

Seriously, tho, I'd go for a damper before I upgraded my calipers, ESPECIALLY with the lighter wheels. Ask Statler if you don't believe me. According to Chris from CA Cycleworks the stockers on the Sport Classic line are not too shabby with the right, properly-bedded pads. Also, in case you didn't know, they're bigger/better than the calipers on the S2R800/695.

Yea, they aren't that bad, but from what I have read/heard they don't mate up well with the BSTs.  Anyhow, wifey buying new brakes and tires means I can possible swing a damper as well.  Just need to get a deal on the WASP top mount...

That WASP top mount is almost as sexy as the BSTs themselves.  Shocked

Do it.

That way I have someone to point to as a "bad influence."  Wink

lol  When are you getting orders for K-bay?  Then the influence would come on full force and you would then have to deal with Macas well, and he is just as bad as I am.  Wink

Doubt I will get those orders.  Sad

I'm an IFF Tech by training (NEC 6609). The most recent batch of CMS:ID orders had 2 billets for a 6609, one for the Lincoln out of Everett, WA and one out of Beaufort, SC.

I'm actually holding out hope for the Beaufort orders. I have some friends down there and its halfway between Charleston and Savannah. I hear Savannah has the number 2 St. Patty's day celebration in the world, second only to Dublin.  Evil drink drink drink drink drink drink drink Evil

Plus, that'll put me closer to The Dragon and all the other, much better roads around there.

You're a what?  I'm chair force and all that gibberish makes no sense to me.  Wink

And BOOOOO!!!  I just saw that WASP isn't using the Ohlins damper in his top mount kit anymore...

Hahaha.

Avionics. Identify Friend or Foe. IFF.

Red Shirts vs. Blue Shirts. "Hey, I'm friendly, don't shoot me!" Except electronic.

Anyway, I'm hoping to find some Marchesinis for <$500 and orders to South Carolina.

Or Hawaii. Cause that'd be totally pimp.  waytogo
