I have Chef duty at my friends house this evening.

Fresh Grilled Tilapia Tacos/ soft flour tortillas, cabbage, avacado

Fresh Seared Ahi in a Tamari Sesame oil, scallion and garlic marinade

Two types of Chicken sausage one is spicy Thai

Spicy Italian Pork sausage

2 Pork tenderloins in Balsamic vinegar marinade

3 small Lamb tenderloins in EVOO garlic and oregano marinade

Oyster and backfin Crabmeat w/ compond butter (parsley, shallots, garlic) Baked w/ breadcrumb topping (evoo and grated parm/reggano mix)

My budy harvested a Buck this morning, so we have fresh Venison as well.


Assorted other ggodies and a couple bottles of Dom for midnight.

That sounds awwwwesome.

We're too lazy to cook this time around, and we're goin' out to eat.
Then we'll be sitting around trying to stay awake until midnight.
I'm guessing one of us (not me) falls asleep at 10:45.

Camp Meat!!  Sounds like youve got all the bases covered!  If it were me, I think Id let the venison age in the fridge for a few days though.....especially if it ran for any distance.

That oyster thing sounds KILLER!!!
