They're on ;D

Looking good.  Those are the larger ovals correct?

Can you post a full bike shot w/ the new mufflers?

Here you go Alex

Yeah, that's right, they're the Carbon Oval Low-mounts. Part no. D.017.L3

Very nice indeed.  They look quality.  Can you comment on the sound?  Have you removed the baffles?

Our bikes are nearly identical.  I recommend the following:

1. New tires.  When I purchased my Ducati it still had the manufacturer spec Dunlops.  They are complete crap.  I've since upgraded to Michelin Pilots and what a difference.  The bike begs to be leaned over.

2.  Exposed pressure plate.  If you prefer the clicking sound of our dry clutches, an exposed plate and cover will put a grin on your face.  I purchased a Fast by Ferraci pressure plate and speedymoto clutch cover.  The setup looks amazing.  I'll post pics soon.

3.  Black exhaust wrap.  I haven't done this yet but as soon as I replace the stock mufflers I will do so.  I think the stainless to cs transition is an eye sore.

In any case, beautiful bike.  A great start.

I removed the baffles today...

Man - they are LOUD But still sound sweeeeeet.

When I first started her up, I thought "holy shit - that's loud".
The bike sounds totally different now. Heaps louder, heaps deeper, heaps nastier, now I really do feel like a hooligan Grin

At idle, the ground trembles beneath me...
Cruising along around 3000-3500 rpm, the deep deep Ducati twin sounds spectacular...
When "giving her some" I'm surprised the bitumen beneath me doesn't shatter into a million pieces as I literally tear along...
The grumble on deceleration is just sublime...
And the little "bop" when blipping the throttle on  down-shift makes men turn their heads, and makes women think "who is that bad-ass on the motorcycle"  Kiss

My flatmate was driving the other way on the highway this arvo.
As we passed he said to his girlfriend "I gotta admit, Davo's bike does sound bloody cool"

hehe cheeky

Yeah, Alex I do need better tyres, the Dunlops regularly scare the shit out of me >:(
I will be making a custom open clutch cover soon. "Bug-splat" is a big issue where I live, so I need one that will protect the front of the pressure plate, while exposing the rear. So I'm going to cut and paint an original cover myself.

Is a video with sound too much to ask for?   [popcorn]

Here's a video with the baffles in.

I'll try to get a video tonight with the baffles removed.

Thanks for posting those vids.  It sounds nice.  Have you noticed a change in motor performance?

That's a little hard to tell, as I am still getting to know the bike.
She does seem to pull away easier from low revs, but I might be imagining that because it sounds so much better ;D

I pulled off one of my mufflers to sample the straight pipe sound.  Bloody loud and awesome.  Unfortunately it's too loud for comfort.  I'm hoping the unbaffled Mivv satisfies my needs.

This dude needs titanium ovals:

Pretty similar, eh?

Nice vids (about got motion sickness watching them) wonder how to make videos that are smoother.  Damn wrong side of the road freaks me out too. (wrong side for us yanks)
Who insures the FDIC?

Just ordered the titanium low mount ovals.  Big thumbs up to Yellow Meanie for providing awesome audio/video of this lesser known exhaust brand.

Will post review with pics and audio as soon as I get them on.

Just put these on.

Louder than I thought they would be. I'll try to down load a sound clip tomorrow.
