Madagascar was impossible to get. But that's good. Whenever I played Risk, I always defended Madagascar with my life.

the trick is to give the disease no symptoms and let the world get infected. save up your points and make it deadly, all the hospitals close (except for greenland, they never close their hospital) so they can't find a cure. if you look at the world screen you will see the number of days until the cure is found go up.

also, increasing the drug resistance helps too.

I tried that. I gave it no symptoms and of course Madagascar closed their borders and everyone starts closing shit. WTH? The disease has NO symptoms! How do they know about the infection is the first place...

Greenland will close their hospitals. In my case the whole world was infected but with no deaths. Upon adding dementia, they started dropping like flies. Now I'm just waiting and adding worse symptoms as my points build. They'll all be dead soon.

Yea, same here.  And I even got lucky and my disease emerged in Madagascar.  But they developed a vaccine even though the disease had no symptoms.  WTF?

yeah, after it spreads a certain amt coutnries start closing borders and such and then they start developing a vaccine.

i have found that it works best to give it no symptoms and spend the points on making it infective.
