"First Friday" art-walk in Phoenix has been going on for quite a few years now.  On the first Friday of each month, all the freaks come out to exhibit their work.  It's a great time to experience the creative side of our city.

What I propose is a Ducati meet-up at the First Fridays art-walk.  I know it's late notice (tonight) for this month, but perhaps if anyone is interested, we can meet... hang out... enjoy the sights and sounds... and work to figure out the details of getting this event to be a regular recurring part of our moto-repertoire.

How about tonight at the library, 1221 North Central Avenue.  They've got exhibit maps.  We can meet there and figure things out as we go along.

What time?

Art walk was fun, and the weather was perfect.  Need to scope out a good spot to park the bikes for a quick meet up next month.

First Friday is happening again at the end of this week 02/06/09.  Any one wanna meet up?  When?  Where?  I will most likely have to cage it.  That is if she comes along.

I'm trying to get a small group together....give me a buzz if you head out.  I plan to meet up at the Central Library around 6pm, and want to go listen to an old friend play some acoustic music at a little cafe down there about 8pm.

6 might be a little early for me.  What's the name of the cafe?  Where's it at?  Perhaps we can make it our rally point.

OK, I created an event on facebook, invited a bunch of people, and changed the meetup time to 7pm at the Central Library (east side of Central, just south of McDowell).  We'll probably jusy be playing things by ear.  Be prepared to do a bunch of walking.  No HIGH HEELS! It's a very casual affair, and not sure everyone will stick together.  If you've never been, come check it out.

I was going to try and make our way over to The Paisley Violin El Museo Cafe, but it might be a bit too far out for the whole group.  It is at the base of another section of art walk that is fun though, Grand Ave, so we'll see.
