Ponte Vechio = expensive jewelry and gold!

a good lunch place in firenze:

I Fratellini Brothers t  - a little hole in the wall panini place on via dei cimatori, 38 red - in between the duomo and the piazza della signora - for a couple of euro you get a panini and a glass of wine. you need to place the glass on a rack on the side of the wall when you're done.

It'' be in the lonely planet, and is literally two brothers making awesome panini

Ponte Vechio = expensive jewelry and gold!

One of which had a window display with a little D16RR and some 1000 euro Ducati branded watches.

Found out later a Harley guy we were travelling with tried to buy us the model ... but they wouldn't sell.

I can be there if anyone else says they're likely to show up. (They haven't been happening much lately, I dunno if people are too busy or not prepared to deal with Bar Italia in this weather or what... Maybe we just don't have enough to say to each other to meet up weekly ;-)  (or possibly, you guys get bored with me if you see me that often!))

Actually an earlier start would be a good idea ... if I can't keep her at home Roll Eyes, I don't want her out in the cold for too long

How much earlier is do-able for people? Should we say 7 instead of 8? maybe 6:30?

I won't get there any earlier - gotta make sure Nemo is asleep before I go (lucky he sleeps through anything, those mivvs make a racket  Evil)

If I get there, it will only to say g'day for a short while and pick up some gelato, since Dock has let me down regarding the arancini happy meal, I may need to increase the gelato payoff for the sneaky snow trip compensation factor...
