I'll second the notion that it's better to have it in a new place than not at all.  I'm sure they put together an equally difficult race.  There's a whole lot of nothing down in Argentina and Chile.  And everyone has known it since last year's got canned.

i saw that on the replay tonight. i didn't follow along online because i got tired of being confused by knowing what happened already, lol.

too bad for jonah street too. hopefully he can make up all of that time and more then take #1 from coma
