Have any of you used the subject risers? Seem like a nice product if cables and hoses are long enough.http://www.roxspeedfx.com/cgi-bin/cart/showitems.cgi?subcat_id=268

No everyone finds the factory configuration ideal. I have back, neck and wrist problems that these parts might help. I hardly consider a 2" arc ape hanger territory even at their highest position. Thanks for your input, I really appreciate it..........really.

I have not tried them. I have clip-ons on my bike.  There are several people on here though that use risers of some sort or the other. You may have better luck with this if you post over in the accessories and mods section.  Welcome to the forum, it is a great place to be.

I've heard good things about GenMar bar risers. They raise the bars about 1 1/4" and back about 3/4".

Good luck on the aches. They're all worth it!  Grin

I have those on my DRZ400S.  I also had the previous version of the risers on my DR650.  Cables just barely long enough.  They are awesome.  I have custom risers on my monster, but I wouldn't hesitate in using the Rox Speed products.  Of course, I spend most of my time riding my monster off-road while standing, and I'm 6'3", so bringing the bars up is essential.

An added bonus is that the extra leverage helps when picking up your bike.  Grin

Here's a couple photos of my chopper with the ape hangers  [moto]
