Hello from New York

I ride an S2R although I have to admit I am getting sorely tempted by some heavily-discounted 2007 GT1000 Sport Classics at my local dealer....

Like always, hope to ride more this year than last...weekend weather permitting.

Don't worry, we like the Sport Classics here too!

Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

I'm in lower Westchester.  Cliff's in Danbury/Brookfield is where I usually go for stuff, although my bike spent the winter up at ECS in Middletown with Steve and Aldrin.

So I tried out a Sport Classic and also the new 696...and you know what...I really liked the little monster...light, nimble and very linear power delivery. I'm amazed they didn't put adjustable levers on it considering the target audience.

No complaints about the weekend weather so far....feels good to get out after a long cold spring....

I may trade in the S2R for the baby monster...if I can get a pearl white one with the semi-trellis in red....(S4RS Testastretta style!).
