yep. According to that book they make a lovely pie 



I showed the first chapter of it to everyone I work with....being as we work at a fish hatchery, that belongs to a government agency that is dedicated to the conservation of habitat and wildlife (including the "sea kittens").  I sure hope PETA never comes out here for a tour or anything, now
