Where did you get the ducati name badge? cool!

Is that a centred straight stripe? custom painted or stock?

Also a closer pic of the bike would be nice.

I got the Ducati Logo badge from BevelHeaven, the stripe and the rest of the paint job (tank logos and belly pan) are custom - I liked center stripes better than the S*R series off-center stripes, and wanted the old-school logos. Crashing has its advantages, one of them being new paint jobs.

Or are you saying that's what you were going for? I think it looks spot on. Except for the logos, which don't have the silly matrix-waterfall through them

The cowl wasn't painted...

just the tank.

Hahaha... Yeah the silly Matrix tank is in the garage on a shelf, I want it in my living room but my girl is not yet convinced  [drink]. Ducpainter color matched the gold 80s font to the gas cap, and of course the green matches the fenders and cowl I already had, so yes the color is the same green as the Matrix edition because my bike started as just that.

Figure out a way to make the tank be the center piece of a glass-topped coffee table.

Friend of mine's dad had a ZR1 engine block coffee table. Even before I knew what the hell it was, I knew it was effin' awesome.
