As a disclaimer for any Coleman Powersports thread, I hope this doesn't turn into coleman bashing.  A couple years back when I was a young buck I bought my '07 695 when it first came out.  Knowing nothing about servicing a motorcycle or ducatis I bought the coleman powersports priority service membership which basically prepaid my first 4 or 5 services.

On one hand, its nice because you get priority service and supposedly put in line in front of everyone else.  On the other hand, I had a bit of an issue at my 7500 mile service (Falls Church) when they accidentally stripped a bolt and had to order a new one from italy.  I was able to order the $6 part from a different ducati dealership in VA beach and got it here wayyyyyy quicker than they were expecting it from ducati.

ANYWAY, im due for my 15k service very soon (at about 14k miles).  I'm wondering if i'd be a lot better off taking it to woodbridge or if falls church has just as good techs.  Any experience from anyone here?  I've been fairly pleased with my service at Falls Church besides that one incident but I do feel like they kind of rush things a bit.

On a side note, if I had to do it over again I wouldn't have bought the "priority service" and probably got my service done at ducpond, as I had some service done there once and found them very professional and helpful and cheap.  Maybe colemans will yet prove me wrong, I hope so.

is this a free service? if so, take it to woodbridge. If it's outside of your service package, take it to ducpond.

I don't need to brag about a titanium member.
