One possible plus to the horrible Economy

I was trying to think of a silver lining to this Economic mess that we have come to find ourselves in . This is what came to mind.

There may be a halt to the Urban sprawl. For me personally that could mean very little home construction especially where I like to ride and that would mean no mud and rocks all over the roads for 150 yards from a construction site .

I really dislike flying through the hills and the woods and come upon all the stuff the gets left on the road (especially in the wet time of the year ) by vehicles working in a muddy home site.     

My apologies to anyone in the home construction business or those who can't get a home loan.       Dolph

after seeing that bridge in minnesota collapse a couple summers ago, I'm all for fixing the infrastructure. I'm not all for construction zones and reduced speed limits though.

I say we lobby for them to go nowhere.
Just a series of windy hilly roads that double back on themselves in 3 to 4 mile circles in unpopulated ares with 1/2 lane wide access roads.

This reminds me of the Peter Schiff video.  If he's right (and he has been so far) this means we go back to actually saving money, instead of spending 100.1% of our yearly income.  Not a bad situation to end up in.

I can't believe all theses other so called experts got it sooo wrong . I almost have to believe that a lot of pundits didn't want their " fairy tale " to not continue.

I don't know.  We've got the infamous "road to nowhere" here in these NC mountains.  The government as YET to settle that one.  It's been like 50 years too.
