So how does the radial engine drive the rear?

I would assume it runs on a drive shaft.  Oh, and WANT!  I'm normally a fan of very minimalistic exhaust but those cans actually work to balance out the rear end of the bike.  I dig it, and like or dislike, it's some fine design work.  I wonder what kind of lean clearance they would get on the lower two cylinders.
