It gives more strength for less weight. Ever notice you can''t buy a lightweight sports car with a full frame?
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

You can't buy any car, outside of a Crown Vic [or variant], on a full frame. I'd thought it was mostly due to crash safety, but like I said, I'll believe it.
