They are new. It's good to see them getting in the game albeit late.
I had a set on my Aprilia and they are excellent quality.

It rotates - a very nice design, but NOT for S*R Monsters
EDIT: Gillestooling website says yes, but there is no information or pictures. I emailed to ask for more info.

Website says they are new

The picture show rearsets which are not for S*R bikes. Either older Monsters or SBKs. The mounting holes and dimensions are all wrong.
Of course, it could be that they show another picture while they are waiting for updated info from GillesTooling.
To me, it appears like the Ebay seller doesn't know what they're selling (but hey, I'm old and grumpy!)

I'm thinking the same thing but would contact the seller through ebay contact link just to be certain. Plus, if they say they are definately for SxRs and the photo is wrong then if it turns out they are lying you have a foot to stand on for not being as advertised. Make sure you do all correspondence through ebay otherwise ebay will say "Sorry, can't verify so can't help you." (adlibbing).

If you google the Gillestooling site the second news item says new rearsets for all S*R
With the same wrong picture

Mmmm.. those are nice.
Definitely not to fit S*R though, at least from the pic.
