Anybody here an immigration expert.......

My business partner is stuck in Canada and can't get a Visa - While we're in the middle of  our first big order for our new company.

Just got denied today - seems H1 is our best option but that takes TOOOOOOOOO LOOOOONG

PM me if you have advice - don't wanna bore everyone else
Desmosedici - it's the new Paso (except the bodywork doesn't fit as well)

as Rob already knows.... I am no help here..... but I did just watch the top gear episode where they come back to America to test drive muscle cars

He's actually a Dutch citizen - but Blame Canada , anyway
