I'll join you in my own way.

reminds me a few years ago when my drunk neighbor drove across his yard and into the side of my car that was parked in my driveway. Ran out there and his first words were, "Oh, it's no big deal."

Doggy sitting for a friend. Baloo, the dog, is blind. Walking him is interesting.
I walked my friend's blind dog...had to keep a short leash so that I could use his body harness like a joy stick ("left left straight straight right left right RIGHT!")
The lovely good natured dog didn't seem to mind when he ran into obstacles anyway :)

Really want to work him over, tell the adjuster "what about my diminished value"?

It's more of an industry term but he'll know exactly what you're talking about.

Depending on the year of the car they may also try to use recycled/used or aftermarket parts. You don't have to accept those either. Also make sure YOU choose the repair shop of your choice not his or theirs. Make sure they don't miss any hidden damage and do not take a check on the spot. Get your own estimate and do not settle until your car is completely repaired to your liking.

What year is the car?

Has the car been wrecked before?

You don't "have" to accept anything, but may have to sue or at least threaten.

Depends how cordial you feel like being.  [evil]
