Yes it is.

I had some contractor friends that do drywall look at it and they commented on the frame.

1/2" of fluffy white hiding 1/2" of solid clear. ;)

We just have the 1/2" of solid and nothing to hide it so at leasdt you know why you're on your ass.  The DOT has had to clear some of the roadside ditches because the ice had built up enough in the ditch that water is running across the road and freezing...
