How does 35°C feels like?  I bet my 33°C/80%humidity feels lots worse ... well, after tomorrow's hangover it will be worst ...

Had the somewhat surreal experience (for an old guy) of chatting with 2012 earlier this morning; our daughter is on a school trip for two and a half weeks in Cambodia, and I got to IM with her this morning (for her, just after midnight) via Facebook.

She definitely is growing up in a different world; we can follow her adventure almost minute-by-minute online through FB and the school's blog. Before she left, I was telling her that when I was in China for six months in 1982, I was only able to call home once and that was a huge production. She furrowed her brow and asked, "Why didn't you just e-mail?"   [laugh]

Our storage unit is empty and no longer ours! Now I just have to figure out what to do with the 50" X 50" heavy wooden painting. :P

That can wait, cause we started at 1000 and are just now done. Did you know that Goodwill will not take a safe? Now you do  ;D  The Habitat for Humanity store took it.

Now it is  [drink] time. I got a growler of Snow Cap yesterday as a gift  [beer]
