Seriously, when i am 800years old i want to rock like Lemmy! it is a religion that requires lots of determination, drugs, and Marshall stacks.

I dreamed I pulled a struggling little white dog out of a lake. It was trying to get on the dock and kept going under.  I had to run down a lot of dock, maze like, to get to the dog. I got him out of the water and kept patting his head and telling him every thing would be alright.

In my class yesterday, we worked on calculating and comparing payoff dates for a variety of expenditures/investments. Things like comparing a more-expensive hybrid to a standard gas vehicle & calculating how long it would take for savings on gas to make up the difference, and what variables could alter that outcome.

The last problem on the worksheet was about analyzing the costs/payback of swapping a diesel motor into my Land Cruiser. I'm a little bit afraid that the take-away lesson was "if you manipulate the variables just right, you can rationalize ANYTHING!"

What does this $4000 couch do that a mere $500 couch doesn't?

It may look amazing, but guaranteed it forgets your birthday just like any other couch.

Couches. They're all the same.
