We made a pot roast the other day. I cooked a cup of mixed beans, half a cup of wild rice in the left over juice and then added a bunch of chopped veggies - carrots, onion, fennel bulb and a red pepper. Just put in almost 2 pounds of hot Italian sausage.  Yum YUm  [beer]

He seems better. No more vomit. He does seem a little under the weather though. Almost his dinner time and is really interested in that.

He likes to eat flowers while we walk. I am really good at not letting him and someone else does pay attention. I was out at the in laws and that someone else was home with Rocky.

up for a little air, then back out for a while.  Good to see the regulars are still here.  Starting to plan my motorcycle trips for when I get back.  Just picked up some hard bags for the ST4. I did find out that my next orders will keep me in CT.  Maybe I'll finally get off my ass and get some of the Sebring parts up to ducpainter.
