People, adults, used to always tell me that it was going to hurt them worst then it hurt me. They had no idea.

Of course, they said that as they beat the shit out of me. What did they know? Jack Shit is what they knew. It hurt and I remember.

I know you are one of the good ones. And I know that sometimes it does hurt the parent worst then it hurts the kid. Just never (after 7) had it happen for me.

After the past several weeks and more so in the last several days, I have decided that long term disability insurance is a must.
Helping to take care of a really sick, dying in front of my eyes, friend who needs LTDI but doesn't have it, of course, is the suck.

:P


The puppy right now has the demons.  It's quite funny.  Comic relief actually (as was the thread mentioned above). Not so much for big dog.   ;)

It's the first night of third shift is what kills me.  The following days are much easier.

I was back on first last week.  We have a lot to do before the end of the month. Im back on third to the next 2 weeks.
