Hola!!

Slept in till 9 and feel great!!

Eggs and duck  [bacon] with toast was on the menu.   [drool]

HUGE pot of red sauce on the stove and a large ham to go in the over for dinner with potatoes and squash.

Gonna be working in the yard today.  Gotta put up some fencing to keep the doggie out of the flowers.

A ride or run will be worked in there somewhere.

I went up to Yokohama with a few friends and consumed a few pints of the dark stuff at an Irish Pub...

We went to the in laws for my FIL's bd. We cooked, then ate and drank a lot. Spent the night too. No worry of driving the 25 miles home that way.

Now I am cooking split pea soup for dinner and resting.

I felt like shit yesterday, due to a sinus infection I picked up in Phoenix last week (should be in NOGAS).

I did a 51 mile bike ride with our training group.

Then I was a slug the rest of the day.

I feel much better today.

Back on the road tomorrow.  [bang]

Evening all. Just got done making some custom GoPro mounts. The GoPro ones are handy, but they lack extension arms.  I used to just bolt a bunch together, but they would always move, etc. Made some that won't and also got hex bolts to use instead of the included screws.
