Three weeks ish. I suspect four.

Mom seems to have bounced back but refuses to take care of herself. We hired some part time childcare help.


I'm spending most of today prepping for my upcoming absence so the house is in order.

New job is dependent on how the fight goes with potential new boss and current boss. As per everything at work, it's all political and backstabby.

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

If they had given me the raise they freely admit I deserve yet refuse to give, I wouldn't be leaving.

It's my own little present to them, leaving as I am.

Yes-different department, similar stuff. Less stress, more people working for me.

Company rule is they can't block a promotion. They can delay the make the beast with two backs out of it though.

I am going to log out and cut back on my Internet time for a bit. I have been spending to much time in front of the computer and, not enough time on me. I need to be at the gym, outside, and living instead of inside moping. I will be checking my email twice a day. If the forum goes to hell in a hand basket someone should let me know.
