speaking of pooping...my stock clerk ( who is Filipino ) was asking me today what to give his 5 y.o. son who was complaing of his stomach hurting because he hasn't pooped in almost 2 days....I told him to feed him Ex-Lax and Prune Juice....

also on the subject of pooping...I realized last night on a training run that my stomach doesn't so much agree with Cliff Shot Blocks...
