Email from our manager this morning: Working from home today and won't be at the staff meeting. I expect you all to attend and then fill me in when I return tomorrow.

Me: I have a house guest from England arriving today and have had on the PTO calendar that I would only be working a half day so that I could be at the house when she arrives.

Kurt: Well, you can call into the meeting.

Me: That's a good idea. You should do that too.

We need to finish the last of the roof foam and build some sort of cap so we can screw roofing down.

If we get that done we can go on to the front porch.

They're forecasting 10-20 mph winds with higher gusts for tomorrow.

dp no go on roof when it's like that.
