Another busy day here.  B's back from his business trip.

Dogs completely pooped from 2 days of daycare.

Met with my new tri coach tonight, will be starting swim coaching with his wife next week.

June (Keuka Lake, NY), July (Evangola, NY), August (Burlington, VT), and September (Allegany State Park, NY).  The three races in NY are part of local race series and the race in VT is the big one, USAT Sprint Nationals.

Do you plan on doing any races this summer?
