Ning.  I work all day and have no time to check in. 

Ran with Lucy at 0530 for half and hour.
Walked to work, took 25 minutes.
Walked home, 25 minutes.
I will walk the dogs some more, so add another 30 minutes.

This all equals on tired LMT. Out of beer too  :'(

When I worked in a body shop in East Boston...

it was always a good day for a murder...

they even tried to get me a couple of times. ;D

Bad day here in Seattle. One woman shot, died, in a carjacking.
A cafe had a nut job go in and shoot it up. 3 dead, 2 critical.
Nut job maybe shot him self and may be dead.
Another guy jumped off an overpass and died.
A UW student either fell or jumped off the 11th floor of his dorm balcony and died yesterday.



In other  (good) news, I am going to be an Aunt! L's brother and his wife are expecting. They have had some problems and have lost 2 early into the pregnancy. Over 4 months now with some complications. Toes crossed.
