That certainly sounds like a good candidate for LL.

I hope you've contacted VW by now.

This is the final straw and everyone @ the dealer knows it.  4th time within 1 year and the same issue isn't fixed.  That's Lemon Law in NM.

VW has been contacted, tomorrow will be an interesting one for sure...  I'm hoping they replace the entire GLI w/another one.

I'd agree with you, but I know you'll just come in and change your story. ;D

Sorry about the car Stu...it should be more fun.

evening . . .
morning . . .

sorry to hear bout the VW Stu . . . love them, but, from time to time a rotten apple comes in the box . . .

it was an intereting day, between going with wife to get tech inspection and tag for car and the diesel class . .. it was interesting; every one knows exactly what is wrong with the vehicles but yet, none of the participants got it right! yeap, they blame it on electronics . . .

on another note, have a MV Agusta, the guy brouht it to me earlier this evening, once you get on moving and give gas, goes like hell, shift to 2nd everything's ok as long as you don't let the gas ..if you do, big mofo flame out short termi exhaust . . .plugged in diagnostic tools, both of them, 'Battery Open/Short Circuit" it will measures most features, but, wont measure voltage, put mutlimeter on battery, accelerate, voltage goes up, ... sorry, meandered from subject, once you shift into 3rd ,. . that's it, nutin' happens, gotta go down to 2nd .  . any ideas ???

now, dinner was good, rib eye steak on a arugula/cocktail onios/cherry tomato bed and red shiraz . . .tomorrow, replace rear wheel bearing of 350Z . . . ;D, then 15000kms service to a customers '04 M620 Dark, grey frame, non-APTC clutch model . . .

See ya around . .
