Sorry to hear, dp.

Don't you have an extra truck that T can drive instead of the focus?

Transportation isn't the problem.

She doesn't like driving the trucks, and it's just a PITA working on stuff in the driveway.

I may have it done at the shop.

It needs some other stuff done too.

Always 2.  Only one of them has ever been referred to as "my dog" (officially neither one is)

Auntie M! I like it. For my second cousin I am the Fairy Godmother!

The baby had complications that we knew of. He was a twin, but one was lost early on. He also was breech with the cord around his neck and head.  He came out just over a month early, on the night of the baby shower. So far all the news is good.

Neither are weddings....
As a side note, when your cousin marries the store manager of the walgreens at the venetian & they've closed the bathrooms for the night, if you namedrop, the employees will unlock them

You must've done it wrong. Next time skip the ceremony (they won't notice) and get the exotic car package. Vroooommmm!

Anyone remember the cv joint boot I struggled with a couple of months ago?

Farking thing fell off the joint...not it goes click click...

Time for a replacement shaft.   [bang] [bang] [bang]

I know...NOGAS. :P

In my experience, it's always easier and more dependable to just replace the shaft. At shops it's often cheaper as it's quicker for them, too.

Congrats Mary! Best wishes to the baby!
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Awwww!  What a little peanut!   Congrats Auntie M (I like that one)!

Hi all.

Still trying to wake up over here even though I've been going since about 7 (not counting being awake hours before that).

Ah well.  Enjoy the day!

Thanks!  I can not wait to meet him. Jon and Renata tried for 3 years to have him. Jon was in Prague for work and arrives at Dulles at 7 pm tonight. I got to call him last night and give him the news. L was up for almost 30 hours. The new mom could not drive to the hospital and L was the only other one who could drive a manual.  She had a short nap and now they are back at the hospital. The baby shower was on Saturday so L, her mom and Renata's sister were all at the house when the water broke.

I will get him a drum set!
