Well...me too...but...

Have you ever climbed trusses with all thos ropes trying to trip you and dragging tools out of your pouch? What a PITA.

I'll bet as many people fall because of the fall protection. :P

I had hoped to sleep in. Instead, Lucy and I were out for her first walk at 0546  :P

Ning kids.

I think Ung and I have y'all beat as far as a good Saturday.  While I wish I could say I could go moto-ing (sunny & 75 today) we know that's not going to happen for a while so taking the canines out into the mountains for a hike.  After this last episode of Alaska State Troopers.

Good luck with the meeting today M.  Happy leaf wrangling Tini. Have fun to the fixer uppers (Lethe and Nate).  Stay dry Carlos. Sleep well Ung.

My Dad came up with his two dogs so we walked around by the lake downtown before sunrise. A rabbit or two was chased. I think there were two different ones. In any case there were three rabbit chases altogether this morning. A pretty good morning. I hope your dog gets to chase things.

Now I gotta get ready to go to the wedding up in Bend. Its a nice three hour drive up there.  Actually most of the drive is pretty boring but there are a few real nice parts. I like it when we go by the Williamson river. Its crystal clear and there are big fish in there.

Hope it went ok.

It did. I am sad. I am going to have to find a better paying job. To pay rent somewhere OK, not great, will take half my current take home pay. Plus my yearly commute right now to work is under 800 miles. Our office is moving to Kirkland in Dec and the new total is 10,400 miles. Moving to the east side is way more expensive then staying in Seattle.

Poor financial planning on my part.  No one to blame but myself. Let this be a lesson to all - save 20 to 30% of your take home for events like this.

If you're working up high what difference does the construction method make?

I'm confused...which is pretty normal BTW. ;D

Prolly should be in NOGAS, but I'm sitting at the airport in PHX 3 hours before my flight.

At least I'm getting paid quite handsomely to do so.

Had to work a press event in Phoenix today.

It was held here: http://www.localmotors.com/

Really cool place, even if their rigs are stupid expensive!

ducpainter

evening BTW

Were you there representing your regular gig Randy?

Yes, I was.

It was the Active Lifestyle Vehicle of the Year finals.  We had five vehicles in three categories.  I had to give an overview of each vehicle to the judges prior to them test driving them.

I personally believe that some of the vehicles were not in the right category.  I don't really know what the judging criteria was either.  In any case, we left empty handed.

Quite confused on some of the winning cars & trucks.

Oh well.

Evening.   [wine]

Home now, dp?

They look pretty interesting.   [evil]

No price on the website. I guess if you have to ask; you can't afford.

Where is the engine source from?  Couldn't find any specifics on the website.

Also find a bit ironic that they point out the 12 lbs weight savings for vinyl over paint on a 4,000 lbs vehicle.
