morning . . .

Stopped raining . . . nice and cool for me, for others too cold!!! aprox 74°F

had a guy call in and ask me about one of the system we sell, I explained in detail how the system works, then he asks a question that was answered during the explanation and when I said, " as I said before, he yelled at me for being a brown nosed techie who speaks down at customers" . . uh?  well, I did explain again, even though he kept complaining I was "talking down" . .. he hung up, 5 minutes later his boss calls and orders a system !!!

if I did have to go in for some reason it would be by bike so I could actually get somewhere
