i mentioned that to mike last weekend -
he says they are a bit pricey
i think it's worth it to not have to deal with gas

I was considering changing my generator over to propane and getting it hooked up.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I think they are slightly more effective in regions where the sun actually shines occasionally. 8)

i like the idea of solar, but it's not an option
we live in the forest and its WAY too pricey

I decided against photovoltaic...

but solar hot water storage is viable here if the storage is large enough.

evening . . everyone's gone ... at last

8 kgs of ribs, 4 kgs of rib eye, roast beef style,  4 kgs of pork loin, 10kgs "chorizo[sausage]", lots of salad, 2 lts rum, 24 bottles beer[mixed Weissen, Beck's, local] .. I am tired, gonna get cooled down to take shower, no I don't have hot water in my house . .

see ya tomorrow after race,,,, maybe I'll stay a while. . .
