morning . . . crappy night, kept waking up for no reason thinking it was 0600h  . ..

[coffee] at hand, already had toast, don't feel like making usual breakfast . . . supermarket was crazy as a bazar somewhere in ???  3 hours to get some meat, bread and pasta for me and leaves for s.o.

had the most fluid trip in to work this morning....I breezed through every light....timed perfectly greens which is just plain weird!....finishing my 1st cup of coffee and reading and catching up and hoping that today is as busy as yesterday was!
