Being trying to do my stuff with my 92yr old grandmother coming every 5 mins to the room talking to me while I have been on the phone with customers . . . one even said "lucky you" working from home, not like others who have to wake up early and get to work . . . what's his beef?

Nah. We only have 7 stations. After the move our computer testing room will have 20 stations. Then we will have to walk around.

I'm raising a stink in the neighborhood today.  Found out a serial rapist is out on a very, very reduced bond (his victims range in age from 13 to 80's).  DNA proof linking him to 3 woman.

seriously not since living in Georgia during Civil War has my direct family branch gotten such a vicious karmic butt-slamming in as short a period of time

i feel you on this one.. my entire immediate family (atleast the ones i grew up with, i have 2 half brothers & 2 half sisters in colorado that i havent seen since i was 6 & dont really talk to) are all gone. my dad passed from lung cancer, everyone knows about my mom & one brother & then my other brother was homeless & they found his body behind a motel where he had been camping. i still dont know how he died, i refused to pick up the death certificate, whatever the cause was somehow didn't matter... its an uneasy feeling to be the last one left....family, even when its as craptacularly dysfunctional as mine was, grounds you somehow..

i am sorry for all the troubles you have recently experienced & will continue to go through for a while. im sending all good thoughts your way

Went to Tiffany's and picked up Christmas present for wife, gorgeous watch...."time" being the make the beast with two backsing theme of late

went to gas station filled up tank, went to start car....dead battery.....they had some in stock so I had it swapped there

I just started laughing at the absolute absurdity of December 2012...when things are this make the beast with two backsing outrageously bad you have to laugh in the face of it all
