Speaking of coke. Did i ever tell my coke story?  No? Not lately?  Here's the readers digest version:

My friend and I were 18 (this is several decades ago at this point). It was winter. We stumbled upon a cheap 2 week trip to Honolulu.  Walking back to hotel from dinner/bar one night some older guys on a bar patio near the sidewalk we were strolling down, asked if we wanted to join them.

Nice sheltered girls from the Midwest that we were, we try to subtly elbow each other as as if to say "not a good idea" but get talked into sitting down with them.

Usual niceties, then one prowler asks me "you want some coke?"

Me:  no thanks, I don't drink pop.

Him:  no, do you want coke.

Me:  no, I don't drink pop.

Friend kicks me under the table and we leave.

But yet, once again, Stella proves that girls suck at math.  ;D
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

And what makes up the remaining 3/64 in you coffee?

Enjoying a Turkey [bacon] (does it really need to be said that those are two different ingredients) sandwich.

One dog (voluntarily) in his cage.  The other laying in front of said cage, blocking door shut, hoping for crumbs to fall.

Hate, or maybe <very little> whiskey.

(maybe not completely appropriate for some workplaces or for small children)

I only use the 7/8 as a full 8/8, so that I don't spill any when walking towards where ever I am walking to . . . to the 7/8 of the useful 8/8 is coffee and just a a dash o milk to "paint it a brown-gold colour"
