not much really...

winter is hanging on even though there isn't much of it besides cold and wind.

Hello, for the past hour or a bit more, my right shoulder has been 'pumping' without stop, is making me go nuts and it wont stop no matter what I do, should I worry or go to doctor? At this time only transport is the bike . ..  or call missus?

BTW is cloudy and grey skies . . . typical pre-carnival weather
