this has been a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong morning, why some people have to or must or can ONLY speak with an American tech support representative? If I am doing the job is because I can and know what I am doing . . . don't go bashing the company on it's fb page because the tech support rep is not a US citizen . . . damm some people . . .

just now going to lunch, mac&cheese, part from box[mac only cheeses from fridge drawer] and pork chops in a balsamic /red wine bbq reduction and as always, green tea w/lemon and honey to drink . . .

Nice breeze down by the bay today, think I need it to clear the cobwebs out, shouldn't have had that last Scotch last night. (probably shouldn't have had the first one really)
It's my turn for being "on call" from today so no drinkies for a week.

Yep, some of the sites I may need to visit are 0.0% blood alcohol policy so not worth the risk. It's only one week in six, gives the liver a chance to recover. (trying to find some positives here but it's difficult!)

evening . . .

feeling more calm now after basically 4 customers in a row either complaining I was not a US citizen or didn't know s**t bout HD bikes . . . true to a point, but, fuel+air+spark= combustion or noise in their case . . . but, job is done, one of those guys, called the office to apologize to me for the way the had talked me  . . . I didn't accept the apology personally but, it was accepted in my behalf . . .

now, to make meself a nice muenster, edamer, mozarella, provolone, ham and pepperoni sammich . . . to drink, a glass of milk boiled and then let to cool down to room temp . . .
