Ah, SMART goals.  Fun times, eh?

My boss spells it SMRT. Dude is panicked because they are due from him to corporate by EOB today.
I submitted them before our February 22nd deadline. His deadline is NOW. And he rejected 3 of my 4 goals which were great invidiual and team participation goals.

I rewrote the exact same goals with slightly different wording and now they are apparently great. *facepalm*

Fortunately, I was able to sleep most of the flight, once everyone got onboard.

I must be overly jaded from flying too much.  It was a train wreck of a boarding process today.

You could have taken the train and avoided all that.

I've never taken a train for that type of a trip.

However, I'd be leaving in an hour and arriving here tomorrow afternoon.

I think I'll stick with the germ tubes in the sky.

Ning.

The old Laptop is back. R00tchick has been helping me with Linux stuff the last week or so. I decided to pull the laptop I was using last year out from its dusty place and install Linux on it. It still has some display problems but they are minor compared to when i was running Win 7.

In short its useable again.

OK. Its a short Flight but I hate the airport scene. But I guess thats me..I would have taken the train even if it was an overnight trip.

You're preaching to the choir on the airport scene, particularly Reno on any given day.

I've also been on the road 4 weeks straight and wanted needed to get home.

Happy hour at my favorite bar - 2 people, 5 beers - $12.00 total! I love Dylan, the bartender and the Cyclops!

Lovely day at the beach today swimming with littl'un and big'un, great to see Mrs Brimo back in the water. Home and a carby rebuild for the XR while they were both having a nap. Now a dark'n'stormy on the verandah watching the sun go down, a great day.

I like the sound of your day brimo  waytogo

Cold and wet down here.  So indoor activities... snooker and yet more table tennis punishment  Grin.

I'm in denial - otherwise the fire would be lit.
