No bridesmaids either. >:(

There damn well better be an open bar!!! [beer]

;D
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

It is official, I am divorced. I heard it from the ex mother in law on while on the phone with her this afternoon. A text just confirmed it.

Now I just need the bankruptcy and foreclosure to finish and my life will be just peachy  :( [bang]

With that, I am off to pour a rye whiskey, walk the dog, and go to sleep.

Hugs Mary.  Let us know if you make it down our way, would be great to see you again.

I am seriously considering short term disability for 6 months

my new manager is a complete idiot, wants to "shake things up"  in other words taking the one team that functions in our region and corrupting it with ill-conceived notions

He restructured the team and re-missioned me into an assignment I have no training for (as well as 6 other team members)

I will be saddled with 4 high activity accounts aimed at me.......while I am undergoing seriously aggressive chemo program

his leadership stupidity will get him punted but not soon enough to suit me

so I am thinking I just might play the "cancer card" for 6 months....explore the upsides and downsides of moving to long term disability after 6 months

depending on insurance coverage and whether or not I get pension credit while out on long term Disability

I need 3 more years for full pension retirement
This is an insult to the Pez community

Trim and siding...

up high in the air.

We're working our way around the west wall over the porch roof.

It will be no fun when we get to the soffit trim above the window seat. [where's the scared shitless smiley?]

edit...

I'm off to climb a ladder.

Have a day everyone.

I have no problem saying that it is a good morning. I am awake, no hangover, and ready for a new day.

Just because my life if falling apart and I wish things were different does not mean that I am not hopeful and full of optimism for the future. A brief pity party like I had yesterday is not the norm and I am really doing OK.

My thoughts go out to Rat. Hang in there Rat and do what is best for you and your health.

6 months out might be long enough for him to hang and get replaced....hell...while out you can revel in amusement when they call you while you are out to ask you things or whatever and you can play fake throwing up or something to get out of it!

Morning all . . . tired, haven't been off teh computer too long working on this SW issue . . .

RAT, go for it . . . it might be the best thing you do, and if they take a photograph of you somewhere in a nude beach, you tell them it was part of the 'psycho-therapy' or 'time for myself' the doctor ordered . . .

zoom, I still get calls from my last 3 previous employers asking me if I remember X or Y and even Z things . ..  I tell them, "if I remember, would you pay for the information?" . ..  I do remember, but, my mind is like a flash of lighting, it's there and then gone, dark . . .

dp, take care on that roof . . .

"that information can be made available to you for the price of $XXXX" (fill in the blank dollar amount) seems to be a fair IMHO

IIRC, all that info was written by me on every work order, so, unless they gave me pens with ink that disolves, it should still be there.... oh, forgot, human nature, easy way out > ask him he knows . .  ;D
