Shattered both blade spindles (quills).

Pretty expensive rock. :-\

All you can do is go to court and tell the truth. With all the time that passed it would seem a judge would be able to see through the BS.

I hate lawns...I enjoy mowing with the tractor and brush cutter...it's really hard to break that...although I'm completely capable. ;D

aha... shaft/bearing housing on mine is steel..... bolted onto a cast aluminium deck...  guess what broke?



...took me a while to work out why the thing kept throwing the belt...  (took me a while to take a proper look that is, pretty obvious once I did)  [bang]

That thing is built more like my brush cutter. :P

The lawn tractor has a paper thin stamped steel deck. It's had some welding repairs as well.

yes . . . the shop's attorney couldn't be retained since he has also been involved, so the shop as a whole has one, and I have one . . .
