1 year 2 months at the end of June, this full time, before, it was part time for 3 months, so we can say 1 year 5 months

I am much needed for tech support, this lack or whatever might be called of human perspective is driving me to accept the local offer, won't travel that much, won't be able to do "extra jobs" on the weekends, but, will have OEM parts at a discount, rides almost every weekend were my fuel will be paid for as will my meals on those rides, will get to go to Borgo-Panigale and/or Cupertino for training . . . and have been offered an extra 10% for whatever the shop makes and 5% for any sales I make on bikes/accesories/apparel and it is being talked that if in 3 yrs tops, company is strong, I get 10% shares, so I would own 10% of the company !!!

But, if I don't make this trip in July, I would need to pay them back, around $7500~$10k between airfare, hotel, etc . ..  so, will make trip in July and then by mid August gonna inform them of offer being locally made . .. I think they wont[just because] match the offer, so, I will be the new After-Sales Manager/Tech for D-PTY

Day 2 of instructor training for CPR. Teach backs today. I get to be a student and observer. What crazy questions should I ask?  [evil]

One student used to be an EMT. His issue will be dialing it back and keeping it simple. He will be teaching community members on an Indian Reservation.

for the time being, it's on a piece of paper, will go into a notarized note, once I say "yes I do" the shares part, the other part, has being added to the contract . . .a draft was sent to me to read

Can't you cancel the trip in July and get the money back from hotels...airlines...and tell the guys that won't let you have a vacation to stuff it?

Nope, since airline ticket was cheapest fare [Panama-Detroit], Detroit to somewhere in Mississippi have no idea, no refund, hotel in Michigan and Mississippi have also been pre-paid with a special non-refundable fare.
