I've had the opportunity to paint many an exotic in my career, none pulled at my heart like a 70 Dino with all the paint removed. The file and hammer marks in the Al just gave that car a soul and life all it's own. From the little brass pulleys inside the doors to putting the paint on the car, everyday with that car was a journey. They are a special piece of kit.

With a project like what you're working on, how can you not be "that guy" at the supply shop?  At least once.

Well I may be wrong but it seems like back in 1987 (the last time I wore out a pair of grips) they used to be the same size.
