Didn't get as much done last night as I hoped.  Going to milk working from home today as long as possible since I was on the road all last week and past two days so I can intersperse with some to-do's.

Guy looking at the basement to potentially rent for 6 months.  Would be odd but short term I think is quite do-able.

Now, it's raining it's very dark and I am supposed to go to a meeting in 3 hours on the bike

nope, not clearing, that's why I asked for the meeting to be held early, but, it seems early for a lot of people is around 1200h
