Don't forget to protect your electrical that is running in the walls.  A misplaced drywall screw could cause a very unfortunate fire.  I've seen it happen.

Marking it with the height from floor level is the standard thing to do, and if they are good drywall guys they'll knock a hole in the plaster and pull the cable through for ya.

All the boxes are already installed. The only wires dangling are for thermostats, and they are marked and stapled at the correct height.
