Two weeks ago a young guy named Chief Joseph came in to the land survey company i have a part ownership in. He had this 2,200 acres he wanted surveyed and put on one map. It was owned by a small local tribe and set up in a corporation as you would expect of such a thing. So I went down there to do some control survey and get started on one of the lines.  So on the second day there was a need to go back to the truck and get the saw. There was a guy there that wanted to know what we were doing, and after telling him what I just wrote here he said he was the legal representative of the Property and that Chief Joseph was a fraud.

He then produced a file with court documents showing that Joseph had an order to stay away and had already spent some time in Jail for trespass, impersonation, and Fraud.He had also broke into a house across the highway that was for sale for $2.2 mil and proceeded to occupy the house and put utilities in his name in an attempt to put the property in his name as well. He has been trying to do this with the 2,200 acres as well.

We ceased work and went back to the office and billed him, but we will never see a cent. Im sure we will see him in court though when I get a summons.

Rained most of the day yesterday...supposed to stop today and get cold tomorrow.

[bang] [bang] [bang] will have to repaint floor; guys installing decorative stripe instead of putting something between step ladder and floor they just put it directly and lifted the paint in spots; too pissed off to even take a pic

Ning. Big rain storm on the way here. It has been warm, low 50's, but it has felt colder.

Laundry, cooking, and getting ready for another week of condo showing. Someone yesterday scuffed the wall  >:(

Motivation low. Keep thinking about the minor out-patient procedure on Friday but puts me off the bike for another 3-5 weeks.  [bang]
Somebody doesn't want me riding anymore this season.
