I could use garlic, but I'm thinking more of a berried sauce (pinot or a merlot reduction) and probably some parsley to top, since I have some, I don't want too many things competing, y'know?

Less is definitely more.

I find myself sometimes getting carried away with adding too many spices/ingredients to my cooking.  The results are most always disappointing.  Flavors tend to get muddled.  I'm still upset with myself about how I went overboard with the creamed spinach I made for Thanksgiving this year.  It was actually gross.   [puke]

Well the Nachos were he bomb ant ate already.

I cooked ground beef with taco seasoning, while I melted shredded cheese over corn chips in the oven. Then added my own Chile Verde and some sour cream. Simple and easy.

^     does sound really good.

First beer (or any alcohol) tonight that I've had in a loooong time.  Relatively speaking of course.

Carlos, more theft problems at the shop or a continuation of the first (& only) time?
