My excuse is that it's a sunny Wednesday and I'm cleaning the shop and doing this and that around the place.
And Im done using the Bash Terminal rooting around my file system doing all this stuff so I don't have to think too much.

if you think about it, nobody is really saying anything.  unless you have voice-to-text, then I guess you would be.

or someone else at the keyboard taking dictation.

I'll show myself out

I do have voice to text, but it won't work without a microphone. But I do have Text to voice working, which allows you to say anything.  ;D

yeah, I don't have hairy feet . . . ;D

no the schedule is like this:

Main breakfast 0420h-0445h > heavy
Second brekkie 0830h-0845h >  obowl of cereal with yogurt
Mid-morning snack 1030h > sandwich, usually sweet/salt
Lunch 1230h-1330h > medium-heavy
Afternoon snack 1530h > fruit
Dinner NO later than 1930h, usually light on carbs > some kind of protein, meat, pork or fish/seafood, veggies
Before bed snack 2200h, usually a glass of milk with a few cookies or slice of cake or just a plain glass of milk

that's it . . . that's all . . .

Morning All.
Like LMT just coffee this morning. Maybe a pastry later for brunch. I normally need a big breakfast as in my regular job I walk a nurse's mileage per shift. But not lately.

Carlos. You must have a metabolism like a furnace. [laugh] Are they many small meals besides breaky?

What's the saying?

Breakfast like a King
Lunch like a Prince
Dinner like a Pauper.

When weightlifting in my twenties, I ate six meals a day. A long time ago now..
